The Goddard caddis was originated on the chalk streams of England but has become widely used on the spring creeks and rivers of the world, especially in the Western United States. Has a low silhouette, yet floats like a cork. Sometimes it seems to fish better when it starts to sink a bit. Also works well for some of the smaller golden stonefly hatches.
