The Serendipity fly imitates midge or caddis larvae. The spun deer hair tuft suspends the fly in the water in a very life-like manner. The original is a great surface stillwater emergent pattern and for searching riffles and pocket water, and the bead-head varieties are perfect for dropper flies below a big Stimulator or Royal Wulff dry fly.
