NYMPH FLY: BOWERMAN'S(TM) SPARKLE BODY STONE
A great black stone nymph with a little extra flash. Perfect when the water starts going a bit "off-color". The Black Stonefly imitates all the larger "giant" stonefly nymphs including the Salmonfly. Fish them deep and dead drifted, especially in the spring. An excellent prospecting pattern when you aren't familiar with a river. Very popular for West Coast and Great Lakes steelhead fishing, and for big trout anywhere you find them.
